Flip & Float | Voltear & Flotar

Flip & Float is a preschool program that spends a half hour in the gymnastics center working on fine and gross motor skills, flexibility, and basic tumbling skills. The next half hour is spent in the pool working on floats, kicks, scoops, blowing bubbles, and learning the basics of swimming. Parents or guardians are responsible for assisting their child(ren) transition from gymnastics into the pool.

Ages: 3-5 years old.
