Registration for the 2024-2025 3K Program is full, please “register” below to have your name added to the waitlist, in the event a spot opens up!

The Green County Family YMCA offers certified preschool classes. Come visit us, meet our preschool staff, see our facility and all that we have to offer your child. Activities your child can look forward to include:

Children must be fully potty trained by the first day of the program.

3K is offered Monday – Thursday from 8:15a.m. – 11:15a.m.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to hold your child’s spot in the program.

(2024-2025) 4K Wrap Around Childcare

4K Wrap Around Child Care provides programming for 4K students the other half of the school day when they are not attending their traditional 4K class. The program encourages physical, emotional, and social growth through play and recreation. Activities in the program include arts & crafts, indoor and outdoor group games, puzzles, story time, quiet/rest time, music, free time, and more.

Ages: Open to children ages 4-5 years old.

Childcare Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Quiet / Rest Time: 10:15 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Children must be 4 years old by September 1^st of the current year.

We ask that you send your child with a peanut free sack lunch to our program daily.

4K Preschool Activity Fee

Meet-the-Teacher-Letter-4K

Registration for the YMCA 4K Preschool is done through the Monroe School District. This registration is for the one time activity fee of $100.00 payable to the YMCA, which is due by the first day of class.

The Green County Family YMCA Preschool in Monroe is a licensed early childhood program. Our Certified Child Care Teachers balance structure and play through age-appropriate activities. The curriculum focuses on personal and social development, reading readiness skills, basic mathematics and science skills, as well as large and small motor development. These skills are achieved through games, songs, and creative projects. The children also have gymnastics and swim classes included in their weekly schedule.

Ages: Open to children ages 4-5 years old.

Class Schedule: Monday through Thursday 11:50 a.m. – 3:05 p.m.

Children must be 4 years old by September 1st of the current year.
