Adult Fitness Challenges
Challenge: 30 Hardish
Are you ready to kick your summer habits to the curb? Maybe you are ready to fall back into healthy habits. Have you ever wanted to try 75 Hard, but are afraid to do so? Well then, 30 Hardish is for you! 30 days of intension to get back on track. Join with a friend for extra accountability.
Daily Rules:
- No treats/cheats or alcohol
- Workout 30 minutes a day inside (group fitness classes count)
- Drink 1/2 body weight in oz. of water
- Read 10 pages of personal development book or listen to 10 minutes of personal development
- Clean Eating & Focused Nutrition
- 5 minutes of meditation
- 3 “ish” days – where you can have treats/cheats or alcohol

- Weekly Check-ins & Team leaderboards
- Teams: Lacy vs. Keegan – Team with the highest percentage of challengers complete the challenge – WINS!
- Honor system, posting tracker on social media is encouraged!
Reward: Points: 5 if you register for the challenge, 10 if you complete the challenge, 20 if you complete the challenge and are on the winning team!

Planks & Thanks
Think you’ve got what it takes? For one week, you will take on the Planks & Thanks Challenge that will push your limits! One day at a time, a different plank every day. On day one, you will start with 30 seconds, each day after will add 30 seconds and a new style of plank. Just you, the time clock, and the power to transform! Prize: 5 points for registering, 10 points for completing the challenge. Points can be used toward the Green County Family YMCA Store. Bring a non-perishable item to the YMCA for every day you don’t complete.

Turkey Trot
Track your daily miles (walking, jogging, running, cycling, swimming, etc.) and total them up at the end of each week. Each mile counts for 1 entry towards the giveaway at the end! Miles completed on Thanksgiving Day DOUBLE! Multiply your miles on November 27 by two!

Wicked Weights
Get ready to lift your spirits with the Wicked Weights Challenge. Complete 21 strength training workouts during October to complete this challenge! A minimum of 30 minutes strength training in the Healthy Living Center or group fitness class.
Daily Max of 1 workout.
Prize: Fitness $15.00 Nutrition Center Gift Card for completing the challenge!
