Are you ready to kick your summer habits to the curb? Maybe you are ready to fall back into healthy habits. Have you ever wanted to try 75 Hard, but are afraid to do so? Well then, 30 Hardish is for you! 30 days of intention to get back on track. Join with a friend for extra accountability.

Daily Rules:

  • No treats/cheats or alcohol
  • Workout 30 minutes a day inside (group fitness classes count)
  • Drink 1/2 body weight in oz. of water
  • Read 10 pages of personal development book or listen to 10 minutes of personal development
  • Clean Eating & Focused Nutrition
  • 5 minutes of meditation
  • 3 “ish” days – where you can have treats/cheats or alcohol

  • Weekly Check-ins & Team leaderboards
  • Teams: Lacy vs. Keegan – Team with the highest percentage of challengers complete the challenge – WINS!
  • Honor system, posting tracker on social media is encouraged!

Throughout this challenge, you’ll set a daily water intake goal (a great starting point is half your body weight in ounces) and track your progress each day. Proper hydration supports muscle function, improves digestion, boosts energy levels, enhances skin health, and helps regulate body temperature — especially during workouts.

Whether you carry a refillable water bottle, set phone reminders, or buddy up with a friend for accountability, every sip moves you closer to better health.

Fall into strength this October with our Sculp-tober Fitness Challenge! This month-long challenge is all about building muscle, boosting confidence, and sculpting your entire body through consistent strength training.

Your goal? Complete 15 strength training workouts at the Y during the month to win!

Workouts can include:

  • Personal Training sessions
  • Group Fitness strength-based classes
  • Independent workouts in the Healthy Living Center
  • Lifting sessions in the Power House

However you choose to train, every rep moves you closer to a stronger, more sculpted you. Strength training not only shapes your body — it improves bone density, supports joint health, increases metabolism, and builds lasting confidence.

The Grate Cheese Chase Prep

Ready to go from the couch to the curd line? Our Grate Cheese Chase Prep Challenge is designed to help you safely and confidently prepare for the Cheese Day Chase — whether you’re brand new to running or getting back into a routine.

Over the course of the challenge, you’ll follow a progressive training plan that gradually builds endurance, combines walking and running intervals, and helps strengthen both your body and your confidence. With guidance, accountability, and support along the way, you’ll be ready to cross that finish line feeling strong.

The best part? Participants who complete the challenge are eligible to receive waived registration for the Cheese Day Chase!
