Grab your besties and get ready for the ultimate Galentine’s Day celebration! Join us for a high-energy Taylor Swift–themed cycling ride, featuring a fun faceoff between the dreamy vibes of Lover and the bold emotions of The Tortured Poets Department.

After the ride, keep the good vibes going as you unwind at our flower bar, where you’ll create your own beautiful bouquet, and enjoy individual charcuterie cups perfect for snacking and socializing.

It’s the perfect mix of sweat, Swiftie sing-alongs, creativity, and connection—because Galentine’s Day is all about celebrating friendship, fun, and fearless energy.

Bikes are limited; registration is required.

Indoor Tri

Participate in the Indoor Tri at the Y! Swim, bike and run/walk the distance of a Triathalon in 6 weeks. Go at your own pace, on your own time. This friendly competition will help motivate you to keep your mind and body active this winter. Actual distances must be completed, and class conversions will not be offered this time. Record your progress in our app or on the paper tracker and turn it in at the end of the challenge. Do you think you have what it takes to complete the tri under six weeks? Late registration is allowed. Medals will be awarded to Triathalon finishers!

Distances for the challenge:

  • Swim: 2.4 Miles
  • Bike: 112 Miles
  • Run/Walk: 26.2 Miles

Distance must be completed by February 28th.

March Madness

Spring into healthier habits with the Y’s March Madness Challenge! Have you ever wanted to try 75 Hard, but are afraid to do so? Well then, March Madness is for you! 31 days of intention to get back on track. Join this challenge with a friend for extra accountability.

  • No treats/cheats or alcohol
  • Workout 30 minutes a day indoors (group fitness classes count)
  • Drink ½ body weight in oz. of water
  • Read 10 pages of a personal development book or listen to 10 minutes of personal development
  • Clean eating & focused nutrition
  • 5 minutes of meditation
  • 3 “ish” days – treats/cheats or alcohol are allowed on these days
